The good folks at the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) have done a huge public service with their latest Health Care Cost Savings report.
The data is in. If the target population of adults over fifty-five, supplemented with the recommended intake amounts of Omega 3,(1000 mg) Magnesium (400 mg), Vitamin K2 ( 120 mcg male, 90 mcg female) and Fiber (25 g), we could save between $13.3 and $85.3 billion dollars between 2022-2030.
